The major focus is on Talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and compliance. She has a proven track record of enhancing workplace efficiency and fostering a positive work environment, committed to fostering the right culture. In addition, ensuring the Human Resources strategies support both the business objectives and employee success.

Throughout a diverse career, Michelle has guided and assisted many organisations to change and resolve complex HR issues. She promoted a culture of collaboration and inclusivity by aligning policies, talent practices, and compliance frameworks with real-world operational demands.

By including data-informed recommendations, she continually works to align HR strategies with business goals to achieve sustainable growth.

Michelle holds a Master's in Human Resources Management and a professional certification, SHRM-SCP.

Besides being passionate about her professional pursuits, she makes time to focus on her other interests, keeping her balance in life.
