Mr. Michael Gray, Corporate Trainer

Michael Gray is an experienced educational leader and corporate trainer with formal training in Strategic Planning, Business Education, and Arts & Cultural Enterprise Management. He holds an MSc in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University and postgraduate qualifications from the University of the West Indies.

 

Michael previously served as Program Director for the International MBA at UWI Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, where he provided academic oversight in alignment with AMBA standards and led the program to its largest graduating class.

 

With a strong background in curriculum development and academic operations, he specializes in leadership, self-awareness, critical thinking, and effective communication training. Known as a strategic motivator and integrative thinker, Michael bridges theory and practice to deliver impactful professional development experiences.
