Meet the facilitator:
Ms. Giselle Denny, PMP
Ms. Denny brings to her classroom 14 years of tenure in the BPO Industry, coupled with over 9 years of experience as a facilitator.
As a practicing project manager for over 5 years, she has managed collocated and virtual teams in Guyana, India, Mexico, the Philippines (Cebu, Dumaguete, and Manila), and the USA on Change Management, HR, Finance, IT, Construction, and New Client implementations.
She has obtained leadership, facilitator, CAPM, PMP, and Six Sigma certifications and is currently pursuing her degree in Business Administration and Spanish certification.
Giselle loves music, the rain, and stimulating conversation. She enjoys playing and going on dates with her children. Her favorite pastime is sleeping and cooking.
